Spiritual vitality is the sense of aliveness, depth, and authenticity in a person’s spiritual life. It’s not just about beliefs or religious activity—it’s about being internally nourished and outwardly aligned with one’s deepest values, faith, and purpose. Dr. Patrick Williams writes, "We are not physical beings having a spiritual experience. Rather, we are spiritual beings having a physical experience." Spiritual Vitality is that energy of self-awareness, clarity of self, and being alive within regardless of your outside circumstances.

Understanding Spiritual Vitality

Courage: Build your courage muscle by believing in your giftedness given to you by God. he knows what he is doing.
Mediation: Quiet the inner you. Let the quiet speak louder than the circumstance so you can hear the whispering voice of the Holy Spirit.
Gratitude: Gratefulness open the door for joyful exploration. Befriend gratitude and joy will flow like a river.
Benefits of Spiritual Vitality
Adopting a lifestyle where you are energized by one's spirit will strengthen one's person morality and fundamental aspect for his capacity to lead himself and others.
Clarity: When aligning one code of ethics and goals for next steps, clarity guards you from making repeated mistakes.
Understanding your inherent value and purpose: We are created in the image of God, and our image is not fragile or is cracked by circumstances or mental exhaustion.
Joy: Having joy is a choice. When we choose joy, we naturally repel emotions that stagger or growth and sap our strength.
Conclusion
Spiritual Vitality is our core being. Its strength, liveliness, and energy were a part of our lives before circumstance, mental exhaustion, or personal dilemmas. Even when we were lost in the matrix that is life, our core did not change, we just suppressed it.
